Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Talmudic law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College, which provided him with a strong foundation in Jewish law and ethics. He later earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where he developed a solid understanding of the American legal system and honed his skills in research, analysis, and advocacy.
Throughout his law school career, Andrew focused his coursework on family law, taking advantage of specialized classes and seminars that explored the complexities of family law and its impact on individuals and families.
Prior to joining The Bishop Law Group, Andrew gained valuable experience clerking for several prominent family law attorneys in the Baltimore area, where he assisted with case management, research, and document preparation. He also had the opportunity to clerk for the Circuit Court of Baltimore City, Family Law Division, which provided him with a unique understanding of the complexities of family law and the importance of compassionate and effective representation.
During his clerkships, Andrew had the opportunity to work closely with judges, attorneys, and litigants, gaining insight into the inner workings of the court and developing a strong foundation in family law. He assisted with researching and drafting memoranda, opinions, and orders, and observed hearings and trials, further honing his analytical and critical thinking skills.
Andrew is committed to staying up to date on the latest legal developments and advancements, ensuring clients receive informed and effective support. At The Bishop Law Group, he is dedicated to assisting the attorneys in helping clients achieve their goals and protecting their interests.
